Privacy Policy — ExecReports AI

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

Account data: Name, email address, company name.
Payment data: Handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store card details.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, report generation events.
Business data: Data you upload or send via webhook to generate reports.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
Process payments and send billing receipts.
Send transactional emails (report ready, source errors).
Analyze aggregate usage to improve product features.

3. AI Processing

Business data you submit for analysis is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their Privacy Policy. We do not use your business data to train AI models.

4. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (SQLite) and optionally Cloudflare R2 (object storage), both operating within Cloudflare's SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure. We encrypt data in transit via TLS 1.3.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Report data is retained for 12 months. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party providers:

Cloudflare — Infrastructure, CDN, edge compute.
Anthropic — AI analysis (Claude API).
Lemon Squeezy — Payment processing.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@execreports.ai.

8. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
