Terms of Service — ExecReports AI

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ExecReports ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ExecReports is a SaaS platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate executive-level business reports from user-supplied data. The Service is offered on a subscription basis with multiple tiers.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled per our refund policy available in the billing portal.

5. Data & Privacy

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We process your data solely to provide the Service. AI analysis is performed by third-party providers (Anthropic) under their respective data processing agreements.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to process illegal data, circumvent access controls, reverse engineer the platform, or engage in activity that violates applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExecReports shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the Service itself.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
